William H. McMunn
President and Chief Executive Officer / Director

Mr. McMunn joined the Company in 1990, as President of Indigo Development Inc. (a subsidiary of the Company). He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Rollins College. He is a licensed real estate broker and a State certified building contractor. He has over thirty years of diversified experience in the development of residential and commercial properties throughout the central Florida market.
 

Bruce W. Teeters
Senior Vice President and Treasurer; Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Teeters joined the Company in 1979 as Controller. He earned his undergraduate and Masters degrees in Business Administration from Florida State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. In addition to serving the Company as CFO, he is actively engaged in land sales activity and oversees income property reinvestments .
 

Linda Crisp
Vice President and Corporate Secretary

Mrs. Crisp joined the Company in 1976. As corporate secretary, she is actively involved in corporate administration and shareholder relations. She is responsible for human resources, insurance, and office administration. She graduated from Warner Southern College with a BA degree in organizational management.


Gary Moothart
Vice President and Controller

Mr. Moothart joined the Company in 1983 as an accountant. He is responsible for all accounting, financial statements, tax compliance, cash management, and budgets, as well as the Company's MIS. He graduated from Washington State University with a BA degree in business administration.


Gisele Found

Manager - Land Holdings

Mrs. Found joined the Company in 1998. She is responsible for management of the Company real estate holdings, and responds to inquires regarding the lands. She graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College, Ontario, Canada.
 

Tammy Girvin
Land Information Manager

Mrs. Girvin joined the Company in 1986. She is responsible for the Land Information System, ad valorem tax assessments, land records, and all sign leases and other land-related activities. She also handles all mineral/subsurface inquiries.

Andrew Young
Real Estate Investment Manager

Mr. Young joined the Company in 2004. He is responsible for the operation of the Company’s income property portfolio and development projects, as well as providing support to senior management on other corporate matters. Mr. Young received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis, his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and is a member of the Florida Bar.
