DAYTONA BEACH, FLORIDA - Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. (AMEX–CTO) today announced the receipt from Wintergreen Advisers, LLC of a demand to inspect and copy certain Company books and records. In the demand, Wintergreen seeks to inspect specific books and records primarily related to matters raised in Wintergreen’s prior correspondence to the Company. The Company has advised Wintergreen that it will comply with this demand in accordance with reasonable guidelines.   The inspection commenced on June 12, 2008.
