property owned by CONSOLIDATED-TOMOKA LAND CO. is
listed by Indigo Commercial Realty. To perfect the
registration of a prospect, a broker must provide
written confirmation from the prospect indicating
that the broker is representing the prospect as a
potential buyer of CONSOLIDATED-TOMOKA LAND CO.
property. The registration of a prospect is valid
for ninety (90) days.
If a signed contractual offer is made before the end
of the ninety (90) day period and meaningful
negotiations are ongoing, the registration will be
extended through the end of those negotiations.
Registrations may also be renewed by repeating the
above procedure. A commission as the selling agent
for the seller is as follows: 5% on the first
$500,000 – 4% on $500,000 to 2,000,000 thereafter
1%.
